Our beers, as a living product, are preserved in refrigerated environments, far from sources of heat and light. They should be kept upright for a few hours after purchase to encourage sedimentation of the yeast to the bottom of the bottle. Serve them in a suitable glass and at the temperature indicated.
During the pouring process, form a good head of foam, which – as well as preserving the aromas – will help you to maintain the right temperature when served. Pour the product slowly into a tilted glass, gradually returning it to an upright position to encourage the formation of the head.

Triga is a sea of grain, a generous mother who nourishes her children. This is a white beer with a low alcohol level, highly refreshing, dedicated to female creativity and knowledge, which, from the land, has always offered wisdom and sustenance.

Flavia is an homage to recent history, to effort and courage, and to the mines of our land. To remember these strong men, we created a clear, golden strong ale that is alcoholic, complex, satisfying but also dangerously drinkable.
Moresca is a Belgian dark ale with a dark brown colour, and an enchanting taste of dried fruit, caramel and cacao notes. Finely spiced, Moresca is the meditation that accompanies the journey, but is also the inner peace reached by arriving at a new horizon.
